"I just want to say that Jim Finnerty State Farm has been there for my family and I one hundred percent. I have never done anything on here but felt that I needed to after spending so much time with them over the past 10 plus years. Yolanda is always there to talk to me and to explain to me everything in lame terms. She always takes the time. When my daughter needed coverage she was there, when I needed extra coverage she was there, when my daughter was in an accident she was there, even when my father had surgery she called to check on him. Her and her team is always there when you need them. I also have to mention that whenever I call to talk to her it seems like anyone that answers the phone knows what I am calling about and expedites the call or call back."
